Why customer reviews are so important.

When customers share words and "stars", we at KOKUA Bikes USA learn what customers find important, allowing us to do more of what is liked, and improve where we might come up short of expectation.  

What I've understood from customer reviews:  

1) KOKUA LIKEaBIKE and LIKEtoBIKE are serviceable so they will last "forever".

2). Products can and do change attitude.  Kids LOVE KOKUA Bikes.  Thy love to ride, because the experience is awesome for them.  Do you love to drive your car/truck/ bike, or just kinda like it?  Kids are intuitive - they know the difference between something not so good, OK, and awesome.   Many parents have fought over "get KOKUa or not".  I hear it year after year when one of the parents reaches out to rave about the product, experience their child is having.  they manage to slip in, " My spouse didn't believe that there would be a difference. Now they are convinced and thrilled, your biggest fan."  

3) Customer service by KOKUA Bikes USA has high marks.  Someone asked if we remove negative reviews.  The answer is flat out "N" "O", "Nope".  OK, well, once.  The reviewer was off, way way off, I hadn't seen anything like it before or since.  everything else you read is genuine, from the heart of the satisfied customers.  When someone or something changes or improves your life, you want to tell others.  

We are here for the benefit of children.  The more you share your views, the more children will benefit.   

It takes families, adults essentially, to make KOKUA happen for kids.
